Refund Policy
REAP Consultation Services is an organization committed to empowering incarcerated individuals and their families. We rely on the generosity of our donors to support our work, and we deeply appreciate every contribution.
Because donations are used to support our mission and often expended quickly, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we understand that mistakes can happen and will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Policy Guidelines:

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:-
The donation was made in error (e.g., incorrect amount or duplicate transaction).

The donor's account was charged fraudulently or without authorization.

Other reasonable circumstances, subject to review by our team.

Timeframe for Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the donation date. -
Request Process

Donor's full name

Date and amount of donation

Reason for the refund request

Proof of the transaction (e.g., receipt or transaction ID)

Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider. -
Tax Receipts
If a refund is issued, any tax receipt issued for that donation will become void, and donors are responsible for updating their records accordingly.
